Presentation folder printing

We offer a wide range of presentation folders from DL in size up to A4. Folders can have both capacity and non-capacity flaps depending upon how much material you have to go in them. They can be printed on both sides and can also include a brochure as part of the overall design.

Options include:

Lamination – gloss or matt
Die cut folders
Pockets
Business card holders
Pen holders
CD holders

Presentation Binders

If you have more material to include in a folder you may want to consider a presentation ring binder. These are available in a range of different spine capacities and can have a 2 or 4 hole mechanism depending upon your requirements.

We offer 3 different types of material for your binders – vinyl, polypropylene or paper over board

Vinyl
Vinyl ring binders are made by welding PVC over cardboard. This type of ring binder is durable and long lasting. They can be used and reused, again and again. At the end of their life each element of the ring binder can be recycled. Their plastic coating means they are great for protecting documents from water, dirt or grease. They can easily be wiped clean.

Polypropylene
Polypropylene is a cost effective alternative with the protective properties of plastic. It will protect documents from spillages and can be wiped clean. This modern looking material can be recycled and is a popular choice for promotional ring binders.

Polypropylene ring binders are less rigid than board binders, so they will not ‘stand’ on a shelf.

Paper over board
This type of ring binder is manufactured using one piece of cardboard covered with printed paper. The printed sheet is usually laminated for protection and then stuck to the board. They are not intended for high intensity use which will soon make them look tatty.
